Cashback is paid per GPS-verified hour your referred client uses Leap workers. General Labour earns $1.00/hr, Skilled Labourers $3.00/hr, and Skilled Workers (crane ops, forklift, trades, operators) $5.00/hr. It caps at $10,000 per client, earned across their first three months with Leap. At the end of each month we tally the verified hours and transfer your cashback directly. The calculator above shows exactly how it builds and when it caps out.
We send your cashback statement in the first week of the following month, and the transfer hits your account within 3 business days. You don't need to invoice us — we do it all. You get a simple breakdown: hours worked by your client, your rate, your total.
No limit at all. Each client earns you cashback up to $10,000. The cap is per client, not total. Refer 5 clients with Skilled Workers and you're looking at up to $50,000. There's no ceiling on how many you refer.
Yes, as long as they haven't worked with us before. If they're a new client to Leap and they came through your link or mentioned your name when they first got in touch, you get full credit for the relationship.
This is a referral program, not employment. You don't need an ABN to participate. Cashback is paid as a referral fee when a client you introduced works with Leap. We'll sort the paperwork on our end.
